Recent Certifications

JDA is pleased to announce the recent certifications of Kevin S. Tully, JDA's Director of Vehicle Systems Analysis, for the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval System. Mr. Tully is the most recent certified associate to be trained in obtaining crash data using the Bosch System on supported vehicles that may contain info about a collision event. Kevin is also fully certified on the latest vehicle event data recorder technology as a CRASH DATA RETREVAL ANALYST. This, combined with his extensive knowledge of electronic vehicle systems, how they communicate, and how data is being collected by the vehicle, assists JDA in analyzing vehicle collisions.

JDA's Most Recent Certified Accident Reconstructionists

Gary K. Anderson, Kevin S. Tully, and Kevin T. Wehrle are the latest associates here at John Desch Associates to achieve full accreditation status with the Accreditation Commision for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). Their successful completion of the ACTAR comprehensive exam enables JDA to continue to lead the profession with the most accredited accident reconstructionists of any company or government agency in the country.
