Having joined with his long-time friend and co-worker, John Desch, at the beginning of the firm's inception in 1989, Mr. Emolo has over 20 years experience working in the field of traffic accident reconstruction. Prior to joining the firm, besides his part-time work in the area of traffic accident reconstruction, Mr. Emolo was employed by Wayne Township, New Jersey, where he supervised the engineering department's graphic arts drafting and design section. Stephen's schooling in municipal engineering technology and surveying enabled him to apply his skills to the field of accident reconstruction.

Mr. Emolo is the Senior Reconstructionist with the firm and serves as the Office/Project Manager. He has been directly involved in the investigation and analysis of over 4,000 reconstruction case files. Having received accident reconstruction training from both Northwestern University's Traffic Institute and the University of North Florida's Institute of Police Technology and Management, some of his specialties include site/evidence and vehicle crush profile collection utilizing electronic measuring equipment and dynamic pedestrian conspicuity testing. Mr. Emolo has participated in over 100 on-site dynamic pedestrian visibility tests that JDA has conducted in conjunction with various case studies.

Mr. Emolo coordinates all project assignments to insure full utilization of all reconstruction personnel in meeting client deadlines and client satisfaction. He has been qualified as an expert in traffic accident reconstruction and has provided expert testimony in both municipal and superior courts.

In 1994 Stephen was fully certified by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) as an Accident Reconstructionist.
