Mr. Stuart is currently a Sergeant with a large North Jersey Police Department. He has been a supervisor in the Traffic Bureau since 1999. As such, he has investigated, reconstructed and reviewed numerous serious and fatal crashes for the purpose of criminal prosecution. His responsibilities also include performing traffic studies as they would relate to improving safety and roadway congestion.

Mr. Stuart received training in accident reconstruction from both the Traffic Institute at Northwestern University and the Institute of Police Technology and Management. Rich has particular skill in airborne trajectory as it relates to small spherical objects in motion. He also received training in advanced traffic engineering for police officers as well as work zone safety at Rutgers University.

Since joining the firm in 2003, Rich has investigated and reconstructed numerous vehicle crashes for civil litigation. He is currently completing his accreditation requirements in order to be a fully accredited Accident Reconstructionist as certified by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR).
