Mr. Noonan is currently the Chief of Police in a mid-sized New York Police Department. During his career, Pete supervised the Accident Investigation Unit whose responsibilities included the investigation of serious and fatal motor vehicle accidents.
Mr. Noonan graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil engineering. Pete received specialized training in the field of accident reconstruction from the Traffic Institute of Northwestern University and the Institute of Police Technology and Management, as well as regional police academies, the FBI Academy in Virginia and continues his training at various conferences and seminars around the United States. Pete is a charter member and past president of the New York Statewide Traffic Accident Reconstruction Society (NYSTARS).
Since joining the firm in 1996, Pete has investigated and reconstructed hundreds of vehicle crashes for civil litigation. He has been fully certified as an Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR).
